Welcome Address

Dear Colleagues and Friends,

It is our great pleasure to welcome you to the 6th edition of Clinical Frontiers in Pediatric Neurology - CFPN, taking place in Ljubljana, Slovenia, on October 22–23, 2026.

This international congress brings together leading experts, clinicians, researchers, and healthcare professionals to explore the latest developments, current challenges, and future directions in pediatric neurology. We are honored to host distinguished international speakers, including:

  • Prof. Linda de Vries – Wilhelmina Children’s Hospital / Leiden University Medical Center (LUMC), The Netherlands

  • Prof. Floris Groenendaal – Wilhelmina Children’s Hospital / University Medical Center Utrecht (UMC Utrecht), The Netherlands

  • Prof. Mijna Hadders-Algra – University Medical Center Groningen (UMCG), The Netherlands

who will share their outstanding expertise, research, and clinical insights.

This year’s programme will offer a dynamic platform for scientific exchange, interdisciplinary discussion, and professional networking. We are especially excited that, for the first time, the congress will include abstract submissions for publication in the official proceedings, creating a valuable opportunity for participants to contribute to the scientific record of the meeting.

In addition, we warmly invite participants to submit posters presenting their research, clinical experiences, and innovative work, encouraging active participation and collaboration within the pediatric neurology community.

The meeting is intended for pediatric neurologists, pediatricians, residents, interns, students, and all professionals with a special interest in pediatric neurology.
