Registration is required for all participants and accompanying persons. It will remain open until the Symposium venue reaches full capacity.

How to Register
Please create a new user account (one account per person) and continue the online procedure with your e-mail address and password. Upon submitting the Registration Form, participants receive an automatically generated e-mail summarizing their registration.
A password can be reset via the ‘forgotten password’ link on the log-in page. The new password will be sent to your e-mail account (please also check your spam folder).

Important
- Payments should clearly state the participant's and/or accompanying person's name(s).
- All payments should have the notification "CFPN2026”.
- For summary payment orders, please enclose a list of names.
- VAT (22%) is included in the registration fee.
Confirmation of registration
All cancellations of Conference registration, which must include your full bank account details, should be sent in writing to the Conference Secretariat, Cankarjev dom, Cultural and Congress Centre. Cancellations received no later than 15 September, 2026 will be refunded in full except for the administrative fee of 100 EUR. Refunds will be paid after the Congress. Cancellation received after 15 September, 2026 will not be refunded.
Coffee breaks
During session breaks, refreshments will be served free of charge to participants wearing congress badges.
Conference Identification Badge
A conference identification badge will be included in the conference material provided upon Registration. There will be no admittance to the Scientific Sessions without the conference badge.
